Uganda Martyrs School Of Nursing & Midwifery was established in 2012, which is committed to the promotion of Higher Education for national development and Empowerment for quality health services. UMSNM is a non-sectarian and private for profit Health institution owned by a corporate body known as the Board of Governors (UMSNM).

To be an institute that is nationally and internationally recognized for advancement of knowledge in health discipline.

The Mission of the school is:

To develop a professional person by providing quality education in order to serve the nation and the world guided by ethical values.

UMSNM is Registered and classified per section 32/45 of the Education Act, 2008 as hereunder with REGISTRATION No: MoES/BTVET/236. UMSNM was established to respond to the increasing demand for Health professionals in uganda and the region at large. The product of this institute will be able to work locally, internationally.
